Registration information
Posted by: | CommentsDear Mighty Mustang Band & Guard Parents,
The time has come to register your student(s) for the 2010 – 2011 season! Band & Guard registration is Sunday August 8th 2:00 – 5:30 pm in the old junior high snack bar. To make registration simple, please complete the following steps prior to Sunday:
- Log into CHARMS our new automated online system and update your personal information and review the required fees you have already been billed. Please note additional optional fees may still apply at registration such as away game meals – $35, sponsorships, equipment, and merchandise.
- To Access the CHARMS System – Visit www.friendswoodmustangband.org and select CHARMS from the left hand side under Useful Links. Click directly on the button and you’ll be taken to the Login Page.
- For information – on CHARMS click here
- While in CHARMS, print out all the forms required for registration and fill them out. Don’t forget to make a copy of both sides of your insurance card.
- Check with your student and verify they had their required equipment checked off in June or on Tuesday Aug 3. If not, plan on brining their required equipment with you or ordering it at registration. There will be an equipment check at registration – no exceptions.
- Check out all of the following opportunities and find the spots that best fit your schedule. In order to make sure all the work required to continue to have the outstanding, award winning program we enjoy, we require at least 3 volunteer positions for each family (one concession shift and two others). It is an average of 1 ½ per parent. It is a great chance to meet other parents and see what wonderful students we have in the Mighty Mustang Band Program.
- Come to registration on Sunday August 8th 2:00 – 6:00 pm
Thank you for supporting the Mighty Mustang Band and Guard!
